Over the years, the Grand Cayman weather has brought huge damage to their real estate industry.

One example was when Hurricane Ivan struck the region in September of 2004.

A lot of structures were left devastated resulting to foreign investors withdrawing from projects that were already conceived in the mind.

However not for long, the island was more than resilient enough to get back on track and perform business once again.

Albeit recently, there were no news of tragic accidents because of typhoons, which means to say that the region is now armed to battle any environmental calamity.

On another note of Grand Cayman weather, the region is identified to be tropical but, they also experience severe cold temperature because of winter in the neighboring nations. The remnants of which budge toward the direction of the island leading to tremendous rough waves that have injured the shorelines and eroded the bays.

This is the very reason why voyagers should consult the local tourism board to ensure their safety when wanting to perform activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, fishing and swimming.
